If you like the idea of competing in the ultimate sporting challenge then triathlon
could be just the thing for you.
It's a combination of swimming, running and cycling and there are shorter distance races
for the younger ones out there.

AGE GROUPS
In triathlon, there are different age groups
in which individual athletes will compete.
Race groups are as follows

Ages for competition
Age as of 31st December 2006. Example: John is 8 at the moment but will be 9 in August
so he will be in Tristar 1!
